This is the opposite of the drift study. One garment, fourteen frames, and a written DNA sheet that never changed. The point is not that the images are beautiful. The point is that you can tell it is the same coat in every single one.

The garment layer
Product hero, then two macros. These are the frames that prove the coat is real: collar construction and cuff finish are where hallucination shows first.

Variables that were allowed to move
- Distance: from environmental wide to 100mm macro.
- Light: overcast flat, low backlit sun, side light.
- Posture: walking, still, turned away, hand on wall.
- Crop: horizontal web hero, vertical social, square feed.

Constants make a campaign. Variables make it worth looking at.
Everything in the second list changed. The coat, the face, and the world did not. That division — written down before generation starts — is the entire method.
