Campaign Lab

A monthly AI fashion creative-direction school: campaign breakdowns, assignments, critique, current tool workflows, and live town halls.

Founding cohort · $19–$29/mo at launch

Month one breakdown: the minimal black dress
The loop

The same four moves, every month.

Knowledge without reps fades. The Lab exists so the system becomes a habit instead of a document you read once.

Breakdown

One campaign taken apart frame by frame — what each shot is doing and where it would fail a client review.

Assignment

A brief with constraints. You build it, using the system rather than improvising.

Critique

Your set scored against the rubric, with the specific correction rather than a compliment.

Town hall

Live session on the month’s theme, plus whatever broke in the current tools.

Sample month

Month one: holding one garment.

Breakdown — the opener
Breakdown — product hero
Critique — backlit failure
Critique — corrected
Tracks

Four territories, rotating.

Garment

Product DNA, construction language, fidelity under crop.

Human

Casting, posture, direction, and the uncanny middle distance.

World

Environment logic, light stories, and building a territory.

Delivery

Placements, ratios, QA, client presentation, pricing.

Questions

Before you join

Is this a course?
No. A course ends. This is a monthly practice loop: a breakdown, an assignment, a critique, and a town hall, repeated. The books are the curriculum; the Lab is the reps.
Do I need the books first?
No, but the Lab assumes you are willing to work from a system. Most people find The Luxury Campaign System makes the first month land harder.
What tools do you teach?
Whatever is currently best for the job, and we say when that changes. The method is tool-agnostic on purpose — the direction layer outlives any model.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your own account. Everything you downloaded stays yours.
Will my work be shown publicly?
Only if you ask for it. Critique happens inside the Lab.

Start with the diagnostic instead.

If you have not audited your own work against a rubric yet, do that first. It is free and it will tell you whether the Lab is the right next move.
